I started training here after a serious knee injury which required reconstructive knee surgery. I had just finished with another PT place and Dan and Chrissy have helped to build back strength and agility in my surgically repaired knee as well as overall fitness.

Dan isn’t just a trainer—he’s a coach who pushes me while keeping me healthy, and inspires me to perform at my best. His support has helped me stay motivated, improve mentally, and achieve multiple national and international titles.
